This fine Soul ballad, Behind Every Great Man There's A Great Woman
was issued in the US as the B side to Cover Me on Atlantic 2453.
Neither side was released in the UK at 45rpm, but British Soul music fans did
have, on Atlantic 584140, Pledging My Love / You Don't Miss your Water
a Percy Sledge 45 issued in the UK at the time that wasn't released in
the States.
Whereas it was the lucky Portuguese music fans that had the opportunity to by this nicely packaged EP (and at least two others) of his work, while the British buyer only had the 45 or LP, as EP's had been fazed out in the UK by this time.
