Produced by Willie Henderson Tyrone Davis returned to a theme akin to his Can I Change My Mind and with a quite similar arrangement although it was released in 1970, it is very much a late 1960s Soul cut.
Tyrone Davis was born 4th May, 1938 in Greenville, Mississippi and died 9th February 2005, his first record Suffer was as Tyrone (The Wonder Boy) for the Chicago 4 Brothers imprint in 1965. His sixth for Carl Davis' Dakar label Turn Back The Hands Of Time was to be his biggest commercial success reaching #1 on the R&B charts and # 3 on the Pop 100.
