Samuel George, Donald Storball and Richard McDougal formed The Capitols in Detroit c1962, their first record Dog And Cat was for Ollie McLaughlin's Karen label in 1963, after which the group disbanded. After the group reformed the above became their second release and the first for the new Karen label after it had been incorporated into Atlantic's distribution network.
