I'LL BE SWEETER TOMORROW * THE O'JAYS * MOJO 2092-052 * UK
This was the groups first release in the US on the Bell label, the production was by George Kerr (formerly lead singer of the Serenaders) with arrangements by Richard Tee. The record was a success reaching number eight on the R&B charts and number sixty six Pop, unfortunately their next four singles for Bell failed to cut it with the public and the group moved on to Gamble and Huff's Neptune label; where fellow artist Linda Jones cut a version of the above, also produced by George Kerr.
