The B side of the groups fifth single for the Stax/Volt company, the group started out as the Teen Town Singers, they then became The Emeralds, but cut their first record The Sidewalk Surf as The Mad Lads for Stax in 1964. After their first release the were switched to the Volt imprint where they remained until 1974, their final recording was Come What May in 175 for Truth, another Stax subsidiary.
