Oh Why was first released as a 45 single play in the US on Speciality 734 in 1974!! as the B side to another old non single cut Chicken Little Baby. It was recorded at J&M Studios in New Orleans, LA on February 9, 1956, and was first released in the US on his debut album for Speciality Here's Little Richard, and on an EP of the same name in 1957.
