Chris Kenner had his first hit with this self penned Rocker, after he had offered the song to Fats Domino, who had his name added to the writers credits as part of the deal to record it.
Fats Domino's version was released on Imperial 5515, and in 1958 on London 8628 in the UK (see below) but didn't hit while Chris Kenner's did.
