RICE AND BADGEE (BADO') * SIR LORD TACKY * BLUE BEAT 269 * UK

This song, as far as I can make out, is about an errant housewife, that is married to a 'coolie man', who, when she is asked to cook rice and akee, attempts to cook rice and badgee instead! The singer also explains the difficulties of cooking rice and badgee, and adds some advice of his own on how  it should be done, with a sort of  recipe for a chorus. According to Dalke it was originally issued as the B side to Don Drummond's Sudden Attack (which was never released in the UK) on Wild Bells.
