They cut one record as Walter Ward And The Challengers for the Melatone label in 1958, but it was their next recording Western Movies for Demon that brought them international recognition as The Olympics. They recorded three for Demon before moving on to their third LA based label Arvee.

 Released in July 1959 in the US (Baby) Hully Gully -a compulsive mid-tempo dance track - was the B side of Private Eye their first release on the Arvee label (#562). They stayed with Arvee until 1964 releasing 10 records during their four year stay, before signing with their fourth LA independent Duo Disc.

The British release came in December 1959, it was reissued in July 1971 on the Jay Boy label with a fair bit of information added to the credits (see below).
