This is Cynthia Richards, she may or may not have known this was issued as The Dominos, it may be just a cover up name because of contracts, or a anonymous release so that she doesn't have to be paid, i.e. a bootleg. The same credits are on the next side for the track Hooray which is Slim Smith and possibly the Uniques. Also the title A Tribute bears little relation to the song, which is a nice Rock Steady.
