LETS GO TO THE DANCE * PRINCE BUSTER * FAB 18 * UK

Despite the fact that he gets no credit as singer this track is a Prince Buster vocal; it has a beautiful looping guitar running throughout and is peppered with some nice tight brass work, and Prince Buster's vocals are at their sweetest best. The only fault with it is that tragically it has been severely cropped at the end; because, clearly, as the music starts to build up the record is suddenly terminated; just why this should have been done, and not credit Prince Buster as singer, is a mystery as it is such a fine track. The next side, Gimme Some Sign Girl is a nice Rock Steady vocal by the Righteous Flames.
