A rich and mellow early Ska instrumental by The King Edwards All Stars produced by Vincent 'King' Edwards, and reflecting his taste in American Rhythm & Blues music from the late 1940's early 1950's. The record seems to be wrongly credited to (Kentrick) Patrick, as I am unaware of him being an instrumentalist, who does have a vocal cut on the next side which possibly explains the mix up.
