This was the third Starlight release for Owen Gray who was fast becoming something of a 'name' to British record buyers interested in the R&B beat. He was born July 5, 1939, and came to Britain in 1962, making him, along with Laurel Aitken, one of the first proponents of the new music to appear on this Island.
