Produced by Clancy Eccles this early reggae instrumental would have sounded very fast to an audience that had only just gotten used to listing and dancing to the slower sounds of the Rock Steady. Dulce is a French preceding word, and means sweet, or sweetness, the same word in the verb means to sweeten, to soften, so I think here it could just mean sweetmania, but why I have no idea.
