Dedicated to Sonja Pottinger, who died this month. Released on her distinctive High Note imprint this cut is a slower Early Reggae beat than usual definitely another of those transitional recordings between Rock Steady and Early Reggae. Still works well though with the sweet vocal harmonies of The Beltones and the vaguely sad but insistent and conspiratorial lyrics.
