Phantom a.k.a. Herbsman Dub is a nascent Drum and Bass sound that was years ahead of its time. Produced by Clancy Eccles for his New Beat label JA (it was released in the UK on Clandisc 213) and, going by the fact that it was a Jamaican Pre and the stamps on the label, it ended up in a DJs box of selections at 'Club 77' in Holloway Road, London England.
