BALTIMORE * RON PREYER * SHOCK 10 * USA

A soulful cut of the Nina Simone original by vocalist Ronald Preyer lead singer of the Younghearts. The song is about the disintegration of a city reflected not so much in it's built environment as its society, a phenomena I have certainly seen, an extreme example would be New Orleans and the  history books say that Nero fiddled why Rome burnt, I suppose Dubua is a kind of Nero in that respect. What's more, it's seems to me, history is repeating itself right here in the UK as the grinning thing and his loyal elite are destroying our social history and the values that many have given up their lives for while they continue to fiddle; although just what they are fiddling with is not made clear.
