A member of the Royal Rockers in the mid 1950s Bobby Paterson cut his first solo record You Just Got To Understand for Abnak in 1966. After recording for Abnak he moved to Jet Star where he stayed for four years until 1971 when he signed for Paula with whom he recorded the above.
