THE PLAYER PART 1 * FIRST CHOICE * BELL 1376 * UK

Originally the three girls: Rochelle Fleming, Joyce Jones and Annette Guest, were known as The Debonettes, their debut recording was This Is The House Where Love Died for Scepter in 1972. The Player is a fine up-tempo disco cut that carries a warning to girls about the whiles and ways of  men in the form of 'players'. The song was part written, produced and played on by guitarist, writer and arranger Norman Harris.
