It seems to me that both this issue and the Harry J release have the same vocals, which is why I have credited this release as by Winston Jarrett, but there are some differences with the music, most notably the bongo drums on the Sioux issue, which, in effect, makes them different cuts. Also as the record is credited to Roosevelt Productions and Roosevelt is a Harry J label in Jamaica then it is almost certainly the same master with some re-mixing.
