Even though Leroy Smart has been a prolific recording artist, with something like twenty seven albums to his name, and has worked with some of the top studios in Jamaica, including Jo Jo Hookim and Bunnie Lee, and has also been named best vocalist in Jamaica five times, he has never managed to become a well known name out side of Reggae music; still, unless he cares, so what. A graduate of the Alpha boys school, which within a decade or so had schooled many of the great Jamaican musicians like Don Drummond; another influence was a particularly hard 'ghettoes' upbringing in some of the toughest parts of Kingston. Produced by Bunnie Lee, the above song could have been inspired by the American television series of the same name, staring Don Adams and Barbara Feldon, that ran for five years from 1965 to 1970.
