An nice Early Reggae instrumental that isn't quite the Skinhead sound nor a Rock Steady but still good for all that; with some heavy bongo, a delicate flute and a long bluesy saxophone riff.  

As this is the B side to Lash Them a vocal by Calvin Dafos, it seems logical to suggest that The C. D's on the Medicine Master side stands for The C(alvin) D(afos) group.
