Almost all of the 86 issues on the British label, Song Bird, were Derrick Harriott productions, issued originally in Jamaica on one of his various imprints such as: Derrick's, Move & Groove or Crystal. The above, a Crystal release, is a version of Peace And Love and has Cedric 'Im' Brooks blowing a lovely 'Eastern' sounding reedy alto sax with the two bongo men providing a rich and complex drumming terrain, with the occasional sound of an electric piano, for him to weave through.
