JAH JAH JAHOVAH * RONNIE DAVIS * MICRON * JA

He was born in Savanna La Mar, Jamaica,  July 1950,  at the age of seventeen he joined Maurice Johnson and George 'Clive' Murphy in the Tennors, a vocal harmony group who had been recording for Coxsone Dodd, and were one of the top vocal acts of the mid 1960's. Ronnie Davis left the group to pursue a solo career.  In 1976, he teamed up with  Keith Porter,  as Keith & Ronnie, which was renamed by producer Lloyd Campbell  as the Itals. In 1995 he formed another group: Ronnie Davis And Idren.
