Also known as Jarrett Tomlinson, Jarrett Vincent, Lloyd Vincent, J.L. Vincent, Bim Shieman and Lloyd Tomlinson, Bim Sherman somehow managed to always keep his independence while he would occasionally record for selected producers, he would non the less spend the little he had to record himself and put out the fruits on his own labels. It is hard to use words like earnest and compassionate about songs in today's cynical climate, yet this, and others by Bim Sherman, are that, and are sung with an ethereal spiritual quality that evokes similar values in the listener.
