LIFE IS ROUGH * SHOUT * EXPLOSION 2058 * UK

I have no idea who 'Shout' refers to, maybe it is a genuine name for the singer or maybe its just a moody, it is an odd name for a person although it wouldn't be the most extraordinary name I've come across in the West Indian community; I was once introduced to a man named 'Gauntlet', which was, apparently, the name his father had given him at birth. Life Is Rough is a melodious ballad set to a strong, but laid back, guitar lead rhythm, with a male vocal, stating, in the most emphatic terms, that "really, life is rough" with female backing chorus echoing these words and some additional "la la la las", the whole of which adds up to a moving musical testament to those sentiments.
