Errol 'Johnny' Osbourne  was born in Western Kingston 1947,  he first worked with Producer Winstone Riley as lead singer for the Wild Cats, although nothing was released. A paid for session at Studio One produced the above record, Osbourne's first, in 1967, after which he went back to work with Riley, and in 1969, just before emigrating to Canada, he recorded and issued his first album Come Back Darling .The record illustrated is a late 1970s reissue. The sound is so rich that it was taken for a new release when heard for the first time by another generation, which, incredibly, was the case again in the 1980s.
