This was Frances Nero's only release on Soul, or any other Motown imprint, I'd like to know why as she has a good voice. Keep On Lovin' Me is great rousing love song which seems something of a throwback as it has the Motown sound of an early Supremes or Vandellas cut, but was released in March 1966 long after that particular sound had passed; but who were the guys singing chorus? The record was also released on the multi coloured Soul label.
