Originally cut for Jo Jo Hookim and released on the Cord label this old Detroit Spinners song was a big hit for Delroy Wilson when he was performing during, what is always difficult for recording artists, a change in the style and tastes of the music and the record buying public. It is at times like this that stars from a previous era can drop out of the momentum that the music is taking, often through a lack of new material and falling back on old standards, but in this instance Delroy pulls it of splendidly; as he did with the old favourite Sweets For My Sweet.
