Pat Kelly on lead vocals, on this somewhat enigmatic song, the thrust of which seems to be, as the title suggests, that there comes a time (in every mans life) but just what or when this time is or what it signifies is not explained. It is surprising however just how convincing this incomplete advice? warning? prognostic? is. Even though I can't be certain that it's a love song, it makes for an excellent B side to the wonderful I Wish It Would Rain.
