A magnificent recording from one of THE unsung greats of the genre, even if the lyrics are a bit pungent - at one point in his supplication for a 'part time love' Little Johnny states that he needs a part time lover that is prepared to cook for him and wash his dirty cloths! personally I can't think of any part time lover that's prepared to clean anybody's dirty cloths - for all that it is one of the most magnificent and enduring of tracks.
