The Melodians were a male vocal group consisting of, Brent Dowe, Tony Brevett and Trevor McNaughton, and occasionally Robert Cogle. They recorded for both Dodd and Reid, during the Rock Steady period, and later also cut tunes for Sonia Pottinger and Leslie Kong, with whom they had their biggest hit Rivers Of Babylon. The above is also known as You Have Caught Me, which, it must be said, alters the meaning of the song considerably.
