Bruce Ruffin was born Bernardo Constantine Balderamus, February 1952, St Catherine, Jamaica. Before his career as a solo artist he sang alongside Pat Kelly, Winston Riley and Junior Menns in the Techniques. This record was produced by Leslie Kong at his Beverly's studio, along with other successful singles by Ruffin such as Dry Up Your Tears and Bitterness Of Life.
