SEE WHAT TOMORROW BRINGS * CICERO BLAKE * SUCCESS 108 * USA
Born in Jackson, Mississippi Cicero Blake moved to Chicago with his parents in the early 1950s where he started out singing Gospel, making the move to secular singing he sang lead with the Golden Tones, later renamed The Kool Gents (named after local Deejay Herb 'Kool Gent' Kent). By 1953 Cicero Blake had left the group and Dee Clark had taken over lead vocals.
See What Tomorrow Brings, a fine Soul ballad with a nice bong beat, is the B side of Cicero Blake's first release and the only one on Bill Lasley's Success label, which was located in Des Moines, Iowa.
