Written by Robert Bateman, Brian Holland and Freddie Gorman, the glorious Take A Chance On Me is the B side to magnificent Jamie. There are two different pressings of this record which apart from variations in label information, have different matrix numbers, and both sides of each records run for different durations: the pressing of Take A Chance On Me seen above that has the matrix H 914 has the running time printed as 2.29, on the other pressing with a H 1128 matrix, the running time is printed as 2.31. This is also true for the Jamie side, on the above pressing Jamie comes with a running time of 2.15, while on the other pressing it is given as 2.21; criminally too short on both copies.
