Joe Higgs and Roy Wilson on this original seven inch from the studios at Brentford Road. Joe Higgs (higgler, is an old English term for an egg seller) is the unsung hero of the Jamaican music world, who certainly never got the reward commonly associated with his contribution, but it is difficult to say whether or not some unseen, more spiritual reward came his way from folk who he helped and gave so much of himself to.
