Huey 'Piano' Smith's third release on the label, it was the follow up to his big hit Rocking Pneumonia. Prior to recording for Ace, Huey Smith was an in demand session man backing such New Orleans greats as Earl King and Guitar Slim, and playing piano on records such as Smiley Lewis's I hear You Knocking.
A copy of the above record might well have been one of which caught the attention of Prince Buster, as he uses the line "Free single and disengaged, you can have my phone number but not my age" to good affect on his Rock And Shake.
