On this fiery cut Lock Me In your Arms these two lovers were clearly singing about themselves and it certainly sounds like they mean it. This was the duo's second release for the Fire imprint. They first recoded together as 'The Lovers' for Lamp - a subsidiary of Aladdin records - in 1957, they then had a further release out on Checker before settling at Fire, where they cut some top duets and solo recordings.
