Derrick Morgan in his pre Randy's days, on this shuffling song, sung with Patsy Todd in the role of Derrick's mother! giving us a strong, moral message, something I fall foul of all to often. It was Recorded circa 1960 at Federal Records Studio, Kingston, and Produced by Duke Reid with engineer, Hoyten. The musicians were The Drumbago All Stars: Arkland "Drumbago" Parks, drums, Blues, bass, Jah Jerry, guitar, Huks Brown, guitar, Theophilus Beckford, piano, Roland Alphonso, horns, Rico Rodriguez, horns and David Madden, horns. This was Jamaica's first duet, recorded before Keith and Enid's Worried Over You but was only used on Duke Reid's sound system and not released until years afterwards.
