IT HURTS * DELROY WILSON * TIP TOP * JA
Released in the UK on Hi Note, this Jamaican blank bearing the Tip Top Record Center stamp would have been one of the first pressed up for the local market; Blanks destined for the British market are invariably plain white, and often found with a price stamped in the old shillings and pence symbol. The record was popular for both sides; the next side is a good cover of the Elgins Put Yourself In My Place, both cuts are on the fast Early Reggae rhythm, and were produced by Sonja Pottinger.
