Born in Kingston in 1946 Winston Riley is one of the great Jamaican producers who came to prominence during the late 1960s. Before producing he sang with the Techniques which he founded in 1962.While the group were with Duke Reid they created some of the finest Rock Steady tracks of the period. Winston Riley launched his Techniques label around the time of the above which has the sweet voice of Pat Kelly on lead vocals.
