Not so much a re-recording as the development of a theme, whereas the first 54-46 Toot's Hibbert, lead singer of the Maytals, was singing of his arrest and the subsequent vexations of being 'processed' (a mealy-mouthed word the authorities seem to relish using) by the prison system, on this cut he is talking very much in the past tenths about how he has been misjudged by the whole event, while also claiming his innocence of certain aspects of the alleged crime.
