CUP A TEA * DILLINGER * SHAOLIN TEMPLE * JA

Dillinger is a Dee Jay who was, along with Big Youth and Trinity, at the forefront of the second wave of Toasters to come out of Jamaica, and like Trinity and The Youth, he also cut some fine non-Toasting discs. Cup A Tea is just such a record, with Dillinger singing over a cool laid back rhythm about, because of starvation, having to beg for food and drink. A situation that is only too well known by many in the world while others, like friend, and fellow Scott, of  un-elected and  incompetent Prime Minister Brown, Frederick Goodwhine (incompetent banker) of Scottish banking infamy, gets around a million pounds a year 'pension' to feed his face.
