Some time ago the story was that before he committed suicide Slim Smith cut this ominously titled record; the truth is slightly stranger. Slim Keith Smith was always prone to intense emotional mood shifts brought on by his susceptibility to fall in love easily and just as easily fall out, but he was not depressive or suicidal. Apparently what had happened was Slim Smith had be worked some pondered 'lizards tail' in a spliff by the vengeful and jealous husband of his latest heart throb. This powdered 'lizard tail' was voodoo and caused Slim Smith to believe he was loosing his mind, after recording the above at a moments notice, by insisting to producer Bunnie Lee that he would soon go mad, he went home and accidentally cut his arteries when smashing out the windows in his house.
