Around this time keyboard player, Deejay, producer and owner of the Merritone sound system Winston Blake, a.k.a. Blake Boy, worked with, amongst others, Harry J, and Lloyd The Matador, on this choice slice of musical rhythm he produced himself. Some divine organ playing, an open rhythm and his Spartan Toasting really makes Carroll Street streets ahead, but just what the Carroll Street he refers to is a mystery to me. There is a Carroll Street in Brooklyn NY, or it could just be a kind of simulation of Scotty's Sesame Street.
