Top Mod sound in the winter of 1964, this one seemed to have the right sound for clubs like: The Flamingo, and Le Disc, in Wardour Street and The Scene, Ham Yard (all Soho, London) and the new 'Discothèques' that were opening, across the Thames in South London, like the eponymous Discothèque in Peckham, The Ram Jam in Brixton, and The Ska Bar in Woolwich.
