I always thought the lyrics were: "She said, like the way that you do it, When you do it on the quick." but apparently it's: "She said, like the way that you do it When you do it on the quit". The "quit" it seems is Jamaican slang for a woman's Mickey! So although I was in the right general area I was a bit optimistic. Here a "yaga yaga" is an indifferent or insouciant person. Errol Dunkly also cut a version of this in 1979.
