THE SHOCK * DON DRUMMOND * R & B 105 * UK

An early release on the R & B label, it can be seen from this original sleeve that R & B was most definitely intended to carry the message 'Rhythm and Blues'  as well being the initials of Rita and Benny King the labels owners; who also pursued their own name and Rhythm & Blues tie in with another label King. This cut is certainly a Rhythm and Bluesy number as Don Drummond takes a prominent rhythmic lead throughout on his slide trombone.
