DON'T LOOK BACK * THE TEMPTATIONS * TAMLA MOTOWN 541 * UK
Released in September 1965 in the US on Gordy 7047 Don't Look Back, the B side of My baby was the groups eleventh Gordy release. A superbly written and crafted Soul song, that has Paul Williams singing lead who's talents had been overlooked since the groups early days in favor of David Ruffin and Eddie Kendricks; (David Ruffin sings lead on the A side). Paul Williams never got to sing lead on any more Temptations singles and left the group in 1971.
