On this one Bob Marley revisits an earlier cut, Mr. Talkative, only this time the object is more specific, it being, as the saying goes, aimed at the head of  singer and producer, Winston Holness, a.k.a. Niney.

 In the spoken introduction producer Bunny Lee remarks to Bob Marley that 'Niney' is approaching and that he's "talkative", to which Bob Marley replies that he is "afraid of him like puss".
